Hey everybody, John Fisher, welcome to InvestorLead.com. I wanna talk about the accredited investor lead. What’s an accredited investor lead? 200 thousand income in the last two years, a million net worth not including his home, experience in managing his personal portfolio, that’s the SEC definition. These people that I’m going to sell you, these accredited investor leads have been surveyed by a broker dealer, that’s all I buy.
These people that have been surveyed, read the definition of an accredited investor, the guy said “yes”, “hey, it’s 25 to 50 thousand dollars in comfortable entry level for a first-time investment” he answers “yes” and they were mailed a private place a memorandum. So, we sell these leads for a dollar apiece, a thousand minimum. The reason we do a thousand is not to get a thousand dollars from you, is to let the numbers work out for the both of us. Sell you enough leads so you hit the deals and give me a chance for you to be able to come back and say “hey, I got a couple of deals, I got a nice return on my investment, I want to buy some more leads”. By the way, I did good on these, I sell four different files plus 100 big dogs for free, so you’re getting leads from five different companies, it’s impossible for five different broker dealers to put on paper that your guys can’t close.
If you come back to me and out of five files you say they’re no good, you’re no good, it’s not me. Unless you have a hot team that knows how to close, please do not buy leads from me because the only problem I ever have and it’s not a cop out, the leads are as good as the people that call them and the only time I ever have a problem, if you’ve got people that can close their zippers, try to close my leads.
