Hi, everybody. John Fischer, investorlead.com. Let’s talk about mailing list or mailing lists. What is a mailing list? I don’t wanna be too general with you, because I don’t have, you know, magazine, the people, though I do. I mean Playboy, Esquire, Money Magazine, Forbes Magazine, Investors’ Daily, Wall Street Journal, Playboy, I mean these types of people are affluent investors or affluent buyers. And my accredited investor leads, which I have half a million of, without a phone number, is a virgin territory. We used to have a list manager. Actually, we had Carney Direct, and then we had another company called Venture Direct, and one of ‘em changed names; the other, one somebody passed away and the new rep never really stayed on top of their stuff.
So, as of this day, we don’t do anything with our name, address and phone numbers. If we take those phone numbers off, you have a virgin list that no one out there has. And, I’ll tell you what, if you’re looking for some type of affluent deal, whether it’s Porsches or yachts or, you know, Investors, Investors’ Daily—Like I said before, Playboy, Esquire, Forbes, Wall Street Journal, we have the right list for it. So, make sure to call me if you’re looking for any type of mailing list, but remember, only affluent people, what we call accredited. Accredited is 200,000 income last two years, or $300,000 combined, at least a million net worth, not including your home. And then the Big Dogs, those are quarter-million dollar guys, with five million in investable assets. Obviously, when we cut the phone numbers off, the prices come down dramatically. But the more you order, the cheaper I get, and it’s open; it’s negotiable. But believe me, I’m going to get the deal done.
