Let me start of by saying my competitor is investorleads.com. She has an ‘s’ at the end. So, basically, without saying bad things about Kathy and investorleads.com, let me tell you the difference between us. She charges 7 cents. She does not use a vetted person that has been spoken to by a broker dealer, been asked specifically the definition of an accredited investor, been asked is 25 to 50 thousand a comfortable entry level and been mailed a private-placement memorandum.
Now, remember that. What Investor Leads, plural uses is your infoUSA to your Sales Genie, Lead Genie; that’s why it’s so cheap. And what that is, so we get this straight, it’s modelled information. Modelled information takes your consumer file and it takes a Zip plus 4. They add the incomes, how many people there are, and they give an average income to everybody. They do that with net worth; they do that with age, home value and so on. So it’s not a real number, and that’s why they call it ‘modelled information’ or what we call Zip plus 4. Now, unless she changed her model, and it could be, but I don’t think so. I don’t know how you could sell these kinds of leads for 7 cents. That’s what she sells for 7 cents.
Now, investorlead.com, singular, is me, John Fischer. The mother ship is salesleads.tv. I’m sure you’ve heard of us. We’ve been around for 27 years. We have an A+ rating and we have no complaints. What you’re talking about is the same lead that I sell for a dollar, but it’s aged. And the reason we call it the village bike, it’s the stuff they work—I’m killing a lot of people with one stone. It’s the stuff you get out of the west coast. It’s the stuff you get out of Illinois. And we call it the village bike because it’s been ridden by everybody. But I would much rather talk to someone that was qualified by a broker dealer who’s got skin in the game, looking to make the 10% commission than talk to phonebook. Sorry, guys, I’m not gonna candy coat anything. Love me, hate me. One thing about me- I’m too old to lie. I gotta tell the truth. I can’t remember lies anymore. So, once again, investorleads.com- modelled information, 7 cents, 5000 times 7 cents- $350. With all due respect, if you’re looking for a $350 order, don’t call me. Because if you really believe you can raise millions by spending $350, with all due respect, don’t call me; you’re not my kinda guy. It takes money to make money, and if you can’t afford my minimum of a thousand dollars, let’s just be friends and say bye-bye to each other, ok?
So, again, if you want the good stuff, the people that—the paper, what we call fronts, mail-outs, private-placement memorandum recipients, as opposed to phonebook, investorlead.com. Now, if you want the real good stuff, you want the PP Crème. PP Crème stands for private placement; crème stands for the cream of the crop, and those are a dollar apiece.
