Because the brokers that we’re buying from are calling these people off, they’re vetting the guys being accredited, you made $200,000 for the last two years, million net worth not including your home, have you got experience in managing your personal portfolio, and do you have 25 to $50,000 in risk capital, they’re mailed the private placement memorandum.
So unique list. That’s a very very strong lead, and that’s what we sell. That 7 cents stuff, if you’re gonna buy it from investor leads, buy that 7 cents.
