Hi, everybody. My name is John Fischer. Welcome to investor lead.com. And I wanna make sure you don’t get confused. We are not investorleads.com; we’re investor lead.com, singular. Let’s talk about the differences. Investorleads.com sells a 7 cent lead. It’s what we call modeled information. Has absolutely nothing to do with private placement memorandums, has nothing to do with Reg D, nothing. It’s not someone that has been surveyed, someone that’s received a private placement memorandum. It’s a simple zip plus four modeled information average.

Let me paint a picture. They take everybody in your zip code plus 4. They add their net worth; they add their home value, their age and everything. They take that average, and they assign that to everybody in that zip plus 4. Not very accurate, maybe 65%. Never requested information, never talked to anybody, and the bottom line is, in my opinion, it’s junk. But you want a 7 cent lead? Go at it. Go ahead and buy that stuff. On this side of the fence, investor lead.com, we sell accredited investors. We sell people that are vetted. They’re people that have been spoken to, not by some yahoo out in the Philippines, or some $15 an hour guy in California that wouldn’t know an accredited investor if they stepped on ‘em.

A broker dealer, with skin in the game, looking to make his 10% commission, spoke to the guy- called a lot of people- spoke to this guy, read him the definition of an accredited investor. You make 20,000 a year for the last 2 years, 300,000 combined, a million net worth not including your home. Have you got experience managing your personal portfolio? The guy says yes. He asks him, ‘Hey, is 25 to $50,000 a comfortable entry level for a first-time investment?’ The guy says yes, and then he mails him a private placement memorandum. It’s a dollar lead. So, a dollar, you get a broker-qualified lead, and such a deal at 7 cents, you get phonebook. You phonebook guys, don’t call me, ok? Now these guys here, the dollar guys, what do we sell? We sell a branded product called PP Crème. PP stands for private placement; crème stands for the cream of the crop. Then they have names like Lava, Kush is a marijuana deal; Real is a real estate deal; Gold is a gold-mining deal. You know, they have prefixes on them that I make up myself, so you don’t know where I’m getting the leads from. They’re a dollar apiece, like I said before.

The next best lead we have is the Big Dogs. The Big Dogs are not just accredited; they’re qualified accredited. They come from one of the biggest oil-and-gas guys in the country. They only accept qualified accredited investors. They only accept quarter million dollar units, one at a time, and they have to have 5,000,000 in investible assets, cuz these people are 95% businesses, exempt from the ‘do not call’, and the best part of it is that they are the CEO or owners of these companies. And, believe me, they’re sophisticated. Don’t waste your money giving those leads to a B guy. Your number one, number two guy are the only people that should be talking to the Big Dogs. Otherwise, you’re wasting your money. By the way, Big Dogs has their own website- bigdogs.tv. If you have any questions about investor lead.com call me at 561-239-0364.
