Hi everybody. My name is John Fischer. Welcome to Investorlead.com. Qualified investors, what is that? I don’t know. I mean, I know what a qualified accredited investor is. I know what an accredited investor is but a qualified investor I don’t know. But you know what? You punch it into Google and here we are. We have qualified accredited investors.
Now, let’s start off with an accredited investor. Accredited investors makes 200,000 a year for the last two years, million net worth, not including his home, experience in managing his personal portfolio and he has experience. You know the guy knows what he’s doing. The qualified accredited investor, he’s bigger. He’s the hedge fund guy or he’s the guy who’s doing what we call a master private placement. If you do a master private placement or heads fund, you can only use qualified accredited investors. So, this keyword is weird because qualified investors does not mean accredited investor or does not mean qualified accredited investor; what does it really mean? So, I’m going to bring you as close as possible and tell you we sell them both. The accredited investors are a $1 a piece, 1,000 minimum. If you buy 5,000 they’re 50 cents a piece.
The qualified accredited investor, the big dogs, are $5 a piece. For every 1000 you spend, you get 100 for free. Why do I do that? To hook you. If you’re the kind of guy who is not afraid to talk to big guys and ask for big money and you guys are rare, believe me. It’s a dying art, it’s terrible out there right now because there’s just not a lot of closers. The leads are as good as the closers and I’m telling you, it’s just little by little they’re going away. You can’t find the real big closers like I used to be able to. To me, the business is not as much fun as it used to be. But the bottom line is this, they’re the right leads and we absolutely have it.
