Hi everybody, my name is John Fisher, welcome to investorlead.com. I wanna talk about big dogs. Big dogs is a list that I branded, I came up with the name probably 20 years ago. It happens to be an oil and gas, one of the biggest oil and gas companies in the country, and they have a very very strong structure. They have 20 brokers, they buy don and brastery type leads. They only buy 5+ million businesses with contact, owners just whatever. They’re not only a private placement, they are what we call a master private placement. So they’re not just accredited, they’re what we call qualified accredited. So a lot of information.
Let me tell you how great these leads are. An accredited investor $200,000 it’s what use the guys Maxisota. The accredited investor makes at least $200,000 a year, a million net worth not including his home, experienced in managing his personal portfolio. The qualified accredited investor is what you use for a hatch fund or what you use for what’s called a master private placement. So these requirements are $250,000 minimum and he must have $5 million in investible assets. That’s a big big difference than a million net worth not including your home. Normally those guys come in anywhere between $50,000 $100,000, they peak out around 100,000 as far as saying yes I’m qualified I can handle 100,000.
The big dogs, they start off a quarter million. So we have these big dogs, we have prospects, recently we got some people that have actually bought that shows how much money they put it, and they’re probably the most affluent clients out there. You just can’t get better than these guys. Imagine how many phone calls you gotta make to get a guy to say yeah, if I like what I see, I got a quarter million. And yes I have five million in investible assets. The big dogs are dynamite. There’s a lot of people are punching the big dogs into the internet. I apologize if you’re looking for real big dogs.
